HIV ACCESS is a primary care network serving people with HIV in Alameda County. It is Federally funded by Ryan White, Part C. The program encompasses six freestanding community-based primary care clinics, as well as two outpatient clinics operated by the Alameda County Medical Center. |

¨ East Bay AIDS Education and Training Center The East Bay AETC is federally funded through the Ryan White CARE Act to provide HIV/AIDS training and education to healthcare providers in the counties of Alameda, Contra Costa, and Solano. In addition to monthly dinner trainings, the East Bay AETC can provide on-site trainings, mini-residency placement, and clinical consultations. |

¨ Alameda County Public Health Department, Office of AIDS Administration The Office of AIDS Administration (OAA) directs the overall response to the HIV/AIDS epidemic in Alameda County in cooperation with community-based organizations, governmental bodies, advocates, and people living with HIV/AIDS. It sets the standards of care for countywide HIV/AIDS services and assures accessibility for the infected and affected populations. OAA is federally funded by Ryan White, Parts A & B.
